In accordance with the Misrepresentation Act 1967, PLM Fire & Safety will not be held responsible for any mistakes and or wrong interpretation of information held within this website, unless in case of fraudulent misrepresentation.
Until a written order confirmation has been sent, an order is not accepted by PLM Fire & Safety. PLM Fire & Safety reserve the right to withdraw from any order without reason or explanation to the purchaser.
PLM Fire & Safety reserve the right to alter (within reason) or withdraw any product without notice or liability. All substituted goods will be of an equivalent nature and standard. If you do not wish to accept the goods they may be returned, at your expense, in line with our returns policy. All information is believed to be correct at time of printing and PLM Fire & Safety will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
All products and services on this website are covered by manufacturers guarantee and any labour carried out by PLM Fire & Safety engineers is guaranteed by us for 1 year.
PLM Fire & Safety operate a no quibble returns policy. If you wish to cancel an order, or return an order, you should inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of order and we will arrange for the collection to be collected or cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are packaged suitable for collection. Providing the returned products are 'as new' and in a re-sellable condition the full amount will be refunded within 28 days of us receiving the goods. The purchaser is liable for any damage to the goods, however caused, and we will withhold the amount we deem necessary to cover any damages from the refunded amount.
Our prices are exclusive of VAT. All tax is charged at 17.5%.
Delivery is via an independent registered courier and goods are usually delivered within 3 working days. Carriage is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 per order apart from any order containing fire extinguishers. Carriage on all orders that include the purchase of one or more fire extinguishers is charged at a flat rate of £9.75. This includes up to £500 insurance per delivery. PLM Fire & Safety are not responsible for any damage to property or person caused by the courier company, unless through direct fault of our own. These carriage charges apply only to mainland England and Wales, and we reserve the right to make an additional carriage charge for delivery outside these areas.
